Four lady singers dominate in the very best way SHOUT SISTER SHOUT!, a musical biography of Sister Rosetta Tharpe (1915-1973). at Ford's Theatre through May 13. Sister Rosetta began singing in church alongside her mother, Katie Bell, who traveled and preached in the rural South before women could vote.

THE PROM concludes it's National tour in Buffalo this week as the big show with lots of heart took to the Shea's Buffalo stage. The first production of the 2022-23 M & T Bank Broadway Season is not an instantly recognizable name to theatre goers, despite having had a one year run on the Great White Way and a Hollywood A-List Netflix movie starring Meryl Streep.

National Tour of THE PROM Postpones Performances at Hippodrome Theatre

The National Tour of The Prom has indefinitely postponed their remaining performances of the show at the Hippodrome Theatre in Baltimore, Maryland. The musical announced that there are multiple cases of Covid-19 within the company, causing the cancellations. The Prom was set to play eight total performances at the Hippodrome from January 18th through the 23rd. However, five out of the eight shows were unfortunately postponed.
